Referred to as the KARE K3, K2, K1 plan, the level of warranty coverage varies across the different plan segments. Warranty validity will follow proof of payment receipt, delivery order to location on invoice, or installation receipt verifying proof of installation date unless otherwise stated. If you have exceeded the warranty support plan on parts, charges will be applicable, and you may be advised by the service advisor on the necessary, unnecessary replacement of parts to ensure proper working condition of your ceiling fan.
If you have exceeded the warranty support on site labor, transport and service charges will be applicable for each visit. Under Singapore safety regulations standard, users are recommended to arrange and conduct the inspection the suspension system annually to ensure the safety of fan operation and maintain durability. When required, a standard service and transport fee and labor of inspection will be applicable unless otherwise stated.

Electrical points are wiring with Live, Neutral and Earth wires available for access on the mounting location of the fan. If this is not available, extra charges may apply to create one that works.

Depending on your site condition, spare parts such as extension down rod may be required for ceiling height above 3.5m or more. The standard issued down rod assembly averages only around 5 – 6 inch. Installation assigned will normally be attached by a service order invoice sheet stating works and spare parts required. Clients are advised to make payment directly on site by cash.
